If your Amethyst and Rose Quartz didn’t fade, then there was no harm done in putting them in the sunlight. If the color does fade, there isn’t any way to restore it, but the crystal will still have energy and be useful. This applies to Amethyst (purple Quartz) and Rose Quartz.
